Patagonia’s Savory Sofrito Mussels are cultivated in the calm, clear waters of Galicia, Spain. The mussels are responsibly harvested from family-owned bateas, then promptly steamed, seasoned and sealed for the freshest flavor. Patagonia supports a model of ocean based aquaculture that’s restorative - it improves quality, and creates habitat diversity.
Serve It Up! These savory mussels seasoned with paprika, sherry and aromatic vegetables are perfectly paired with crusty bread. However, if you’re looking for something more hearty then do not hesitate to use one of these tins to make a perfect seafood paella.
Patagonia’s Spanish Paprika Mackerel is a mild but meaty small fish from the Atlantic Oceans. These Mackerel’s swim in immense schools off the northern coast of Spain, and by choosing to eat these fish we’re taking the pressure off less abundant species like tuna. These Mackerel’s are also caught using traditional hook and line techniques by local fishing families.
Serve It Up! A great pantry staple for pastas and salads, seasoned with a slow-cooked blend of onion, red bell pepper, garlic and paprika. No need to to make a sauce or dressing as these fish are already packed in flavor.
Fishwife Rainbow Trout is raised in pure Idaho spring water, always without the use of antibiotics, growth hormones, or genetic engineering. The trout are fed a sustainable, nutrient-rich diet and has 62x less mercury than the FDA’s allowable standard. The trout is brined in extra-virgin olive oil, salt, garlic, and brown sugar, and smoked in small batches over alder wood, hand-packed, and canned by a family-owned cannery on the coast of Washington.
Serve It Up! Never a dull moment serving up this mouth watering Rainbow Trout on a bed of lettuce. However, why not jazz up that scrambled eggs on an everything bagel with layer of this beautiful trout and a pinch of freshly grated horseradish and dill.
Wildfish Cannery’s Classic Coho is harvested and hand-picked in Klawock, site of Alsaka’s first salmon cannery in 1878. Wildfish proudly uses only wild-caught, sustainable Alaska seafood harvested by the fishermen and divers from Alaska's responsibly-managed, community-based fisheries. The Salmon is then hand-sliced and lightly seasoned with garlic, onion, and white pepper to bring out the salmon's natural flavors. Processing by hand ensures that what's inside every golden tin meets the standards of their craft.
Serve It Up! Enjoy this product straight from the tin or as the star protein in your favorite salad. This is also the perfect ingredient for traditional fish cakes!
